Return policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, Please note that Hooked & Geared Co will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, color or changed their mind. If a product arrives damaged or faulty there is an exception. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the DELIVERY date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at support@hookedandgearedco.com with a picture of the defect or damage of the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address we provide on the return Email with the RMA number. 

 

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     lures, hooks, jigs, jig heads

 

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

     ●     Please note that Hooked & Geared Co will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, color or changed their mind. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

     ●     For T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, tank tops, bottoms, swimwear, baby clothing, face mask, hats, mugs, bottles & tumblers, posters, canvas, magnets & stickers in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Hooked & Geared co offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
